Van Huggins

Van R. Huggins, 88, Seneca, MO, passed away July 1, 2016 at the Seneca House Nursing Home.   Van Rel Huggins was born January 27, 1928 in Okmulgee, OK the son of Aldon and Ruth (Crain) Huggins. Van served his county in the Merchant Marines and formerly was a Real Estate Agent.  He was a member of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma.   Survivors include one son, Larry R. Huggins and wife Carol, Oakdale, CA; one daughter, Vanna Barger and husband Dale, Wyandotte, OK; 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; two brothers, John Huggins, Wiser, ID and David Huggins, Ceres, CA; five sisters, Sharlene Nielson, Wyandotte, Wanda Pengally, Holdenville, OK, Alice Agan, Grove, OK, Sharron Love, Weiser, ID and Ranelle Smith, Grove, OK.    Van was preceded death by his parents and two brothers, Harold Huggins and Jimmy D. Huggins and one step daughter Diane.   The family will receive friends from 6 to 7pm, Friday, July 8, 2016 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO.   Graveside services will be held at 11:00am, July 9, 2016 at the Highland Cemetery, Okemah, OK.
