Roy Waters

  Roy David Waters, 56, passed away January 24, 2024.
  Roy, known by family as Bubbo, was born January 5, 1968 in Pampa, TX, the son of Speck and Cheryl Waters. Roy grew up in Pampa where he enjoyed camping, fishing, motorcycle rides, and certainly loved giving directions. Roy loved going to Lake City and Lake McClellan where he rode 4-wheelers and his RZR. Roy was a member of Central Baptist Church.   
  Roy married Angela Dyer August 9, 2003 in Lake Tanglewood, TX, she survives.
  Additional survivors include his mother Cheryl Waters of Neosho, MO; one sister, Tena Waters, Neosho, MO.; and one brother Monty Waters, of Pampa, TX; nephews, Brandon Waldrip, Monty Cole Waters, both of Neosho, MO, nieces Brooke Nielson, and husband Travis Nielson, of Neosho, MO; Rylee Waters, US Navy San Diego, CA, Alleigh Waters, Pampa, TX; great-nieces, Chloe Silva, Brielle Waldrip, and Scarlett Testerman all of Neosho, MO; great-nephew Leo Testerman of Neosho, MO, close family friend Kevin Doan and wife Candy of Pauls Valley, OK, and a host of extended family and friends.
  Waiting to welcome him through the golden gates is his father and best friend, Speck Waters, father-in-law Roy Dyer, mother-in-law Betty Harrell, grandparents Melvin (Pop) Wheeler, Maudie (Granny) Wheeler, Roy (Papa) Waters, and Willene (Ma Ma) Waters, one aunt Patsy Railsback, one nephew, Brody Ray Waters and cousin Jeff Railsback.
  Graveside services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home will be held at 2:00pm, Monday, January 29, 2024 at New Salem Cemetery with Vickie Bragg officiating and music by Eric Bragg. Monty Waters, Kevin Doan, Will Sharpton, Jimmy Keough, Larry Wheeler, Brandon Waldrip, Monty Cole Waters, and Travis Nielson will serve as pallbearers.
