Robert Parsons

Robert E. Parsons, 53, Grove, OK passed away October 12, 2023, at Integris Grove Hospital after a sudden illness.

Robert Edwin Parsons was born April 22, 1970, in Joplin, MO the son of Bill D. and Beverly S. (Rolens-Parsons) Shaw.

Robert loved being outdoors camping, hunting, and fishing. He loved to spend time with his family, going to flea markets, watching the Waltons on TV and going to car shows. Robert loved to cook. He formerly worked as a prep-cook for Moes Southwest Grill in Joplin. Robert was a member of the Church of the Shepard in Grove.

Robert was preceded in death by his father Bill Dean Parsons and his stepfather Morris Shaw.

Survivors include his wife, Renee Parsons; his mother Beverly Shaw; his daughter, Faith Parsons; Sister and brother-in-law Brenda and Mike Boswell and brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Tammy Thogmartin and a host of nieces, nephew's sister in-laws and brother-in-law's.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am at the Church of the Shepard in Grove, OK with Mike Whitley officiating.

Cremation arrangements were under the direction Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO.
