Richard Dale Elliott, 58, Seneca, MO, passed away May 22, 2021 at the Seneca House Nursing Home after an illness.
Richard Dale Elliott was born July 12, 1962 in Joplin, MO the son of Donald (Porky) Elliott and Bertha (Fritchey) Elliott. Dale was a lifelong area resident. He graduated from Seneca High School and was a member of the Wyandotte Nation Tribe. Dale retired from the former Milnot Plant in Seneca, where he worked as a supervisor. Dale enjoyed hunting, fishing, tinkering with things and being outdoors. Some of Dale’s favorite memories were, of the many family vacations spent on the beach at the South Padre Island, TX. Dale will always be remembered as generous man who was always willing to help his family and friends with whatever they needed.
Dale was preceded in death by his father Donald (Porky) Elliott.
Survivors include his mother Bertha Hill, Seneca, MO; two children, Mandy Abbott and husband David, Anderson, MO and Mathew Elliott, Seneca; Grandchildren Jamie Elliott, Lexie Abbott and Raylan Abbott one brother Donnie Elliott, Wyandotte; one sister Lori Elliott-Coddington, Seneca and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
The body has been taken for cremation under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca. The family will hold a Celebration of Life Service at a later date.
