Ralph Cantwell

Ralph Eugene Cantwell, 89, Grove, OK, passed into eternal rest, October 14, 2014 at the Grandwood Assisted Living in Grove, OK after a long illness. Ralph Eugene Cantwell was born October 8, 1925 in Ottawa County, OK the son of Alvin and Maggie (Graham) Cantwell. He was a Navy Veteran and a member of the Riverton Friends Church.  Ralph owned and operated a farm most of his life.  Ralph Eugene Cantwell married Doris June Sherwood September 4, 1948 in Benton County, AR and she preceded him in death August 20, 2012.  Survivors include one son, Gene Cantwell and wife Deborah, Brea, CA; one daughter, Sharon Johnson and husband Stephen, Wyandotte, OK; grandchildren, Bryan Cantwell and wife Jamie, New York City, NY, Brad Cantwell and wife Melissa, Houston, TX, Justin Johnson and wife Erin, Jenks, OK, Cody Johnson and wife Stacy, Sand Springs, OK and Jesse Johnson and wife Josalyn, Tulsa, OK; 5 great-grandchildren; one brother, Marvin Cantwell and wife Sybil, Miami, OK and a host of friends. Ralph was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Kenneth Cantwell.   Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, October 18, 2014 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home Chapel, Seneca, MO, with Rev. Clem Moore officiating. Burial will be in the Seneca Cemetery with family members serving as pallbearers.  The family will receive friends from 6 to 7pm, Friday, October 17, 2014 at the funeral home.
