Norman Griffin

Norman R. Griffin, 77, Wyandotte, OK passed into eternal rest at 12:45 PM, June 28, 2012 at his home in rural Wyandotte.   Norman Ray Griffin was born May 13, 1935 in Seneca, MO the son of Earl and Bessie (Bryant) Griffin. Norman had lived in the area all of his life. He was of the Assembly of God faith and had formerly worked for the Moark Egg Company as a truck driver.    Survivors include Margie Perse mother of his three daughters, Brenda Robinson, Wyandotte, OK, Beverly Parmley, Seneca and Bonnie Buzzard, Wyandotte; a host of grandchildren, family and friends.    Norman R. Griffin married Bunia (Myers) Phillips June 20, 1995 in Miami, OK and she survives and her five children Jim, Curtis, Kenneth, Debbie and Marty Phillips.   Funeral services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 30, 2012 at the Wayside Assembly of God, north of Wyandotte on 10 Highway, with Mark Buzzard and Curt Buzzard officiating. Burial will be in the Seneca Cemetery with family members serving as pallbearers.   The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, June 29, 2012 at the Funeral Home.
