Michael Altman

Michael (Mick) Andrew Altman, 56, Seneca, MO passed away September 22, 2024 suddenly at his home in rural Seneca.

Michael Andrew Altman was born December 1, 1967 in Denver, Colorado the son of Patricia Allen and Wendell Altman. Mick grew up in New Castle, Pennsylvania and attended New Castle High School and Lawrence County Vo-Tech Class of 1986. He worked as a Jet Engine Mechanic for Premier Turbine for 14 years. Mick was known for his ability to be a jack of all trades in the business. Mick was a passionate and avid hunter, skilled fisherman, excellent bowler, and pool shark. He had a love for the game of baseball. He had a great love for his Saint Bernard's who were like his children. Later in his life he enjoyed vacationing around the world with his family. He will be remembered for being an all-around family man not to only his family but others who whom he loved and adored. Mick had a sense of humor that was unmatched. Always the one who was a voice of reason in every aspect of life.

In 1986, Mick married Sondra Kaye Deal-Altman, and together they raised 3 children: Michael Andrew II, Patrick Wayne, and Cody Lee. He is survived by brothers Paul and wife Peggy, and Doug Altman, sister Jane (Altman) Brown. Sister-in-law Dorinda Terpilowski and Brother-in-law Allen Deal. Daughter in Law's Lauren, Corie, and Ruby, and mother-in-law Cheryl Fox, and Grandchildren Brayden, Zane, Evalina, Michael (Trip) Andrew III, Lenora, Parker, Joey, and Kyle.

He was preceded in death by His mother Patricia Altman and father Wendell Altman, His sister-in-Law Sherri Deal. His father-in-laws Allen Deal Sr. and Jerry Fox.

The body has been taken for cremation under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca.

Memorial services will be held at 6:00pm, Monday, September 30, 2024 at the Campbell-Biddleocme Funeral Home, Seneca.
