Mary Glaab

Mary Maxine "Spencer" Glaab, 74, Duenweg, MO passed into eternal rest at 11:00 PM, at Mercy Maude Norton Hospital in Columbus, KS after losing her battle with cancer.    Mary Maxine Spencer was born August 30, 1938 in Verona, MO the daughter of Pleasant Arthur and Dorothy Sophia "Johnson" Spencer.  Maxine was a homemaker.    Survivors include her children; Mary Nolan and husband Chad, Neosho, Marsha Goulden and husband Charles, Glendale, CA, Lewis Spencer and wife Bethany, Joplin, Robert Spencer, Neosho, Patty Griffith and husband Scott, St. Louis, Tabitha Morris and husband David, Joplin and Joe Glaab, Duenweg; one sister, Annabelle Stellwagen, Verona, MO; two brothers, William A. Spencer, Joplin and Louis Spencer, Verona, MO; seven grandchildren.   She was preceded in death by her parents Pleasant Arthur Spencer in 1982 and Dorothy Spencer in 1971.   A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 11, 2013 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Chris Sloan officiating.  Following the Celebration of Life Service the body will be taken for cremation.   The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 PM Friday at the funeral home.
