Luke Henry Taylor, 18, Joplin, MO, passed away November 28, 2023 suddenly.

Luke Henry Taylor was born February 20, 2005 in Joplin, MO the son of Bruce and Summer (Russell) Taylor.

Luke always stood up for anyone who needed someone to stand up behind them. He loved Cubs baseball, fishing, being outdoors, golfing, playing blackjack and spending time with his grandpa and two little brothers. Family was very important to Luke. He also love spending time with his dog Mac.

Survivors include his parents Bruce and Summer Taylor; siblings James Taylor, Tanner Phelps, Emilie Taylor, Issac Taylor, Mason Taylor and Chase Taylor; his girlfriend, Jayda Graham; Grandparents Dennis Russell and wife Carol and Twila Russell. Many cousins, aunts & uncles, That he loved so much. We love you Lukester.

Luke was preceded in death by his dog Mac; grandmother and grandfather Matilda and James Taylor; great-grandmother Beverly Brind; aunt Jennifer Russell; and cousin Michael Armstrong

The family will receive friends from 6-7pm Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm, Thursday, December 7, 2023 at the Life Connections Church in Joplin, MO with Pastor Mark Parra and Pastor Tim Rudd officiating. Burial will be in the Hornet Cemetery with Dennis Russell, Logan Russell, Mason Taylor, Bruce Taylor, Zack Russell and Bryce Russell serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Leonard Walker, Landen Walker, Lucas Lowry, and Lance Berry.
