Louis McMillan

Louis D. McMillan, 81, Bella Vista, AR, passed into eternal rest May 1, 2016 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers Arkansas after a long illness.   Louis D. McMillan was born March 26, 1935 in Bella Vista the son of Raymond and Parolee (Wilderson) McMillan.  Louis received his Masters Degree from Pitt State and was a member of the National Electronics Association. He taught at Franklin Tech until retiring. Louis was of the Baptist faith.   Louis married Barbara Jean Collier and she preceded him in death in 1990.  Louis married Betty Bratin in 1992 and she survives.   Additional survivors include one son, Brent McMillan, Olathe, KS; one daughter, Lori Taylor, Cincinnati, OH and four grandchildren.   Louis was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Rex McMillan.   The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 pm, Friday, May 6, 2016 at the Seneca Church of Christ with funeral services following at 2 pm with Jake King officiating. Burial will be in Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery, Joplin.
