Obituary for Lorita G. Thompson

Lorita G. (Nutter) Tyndall - Thompson, 77, Seneca, MO passed into eternal rest at 8:26 am, July 12, 2018 at Joplin Health and Rehab after a long illness.  Lorita G. Nutter was born April 16, 1941 in St. Francis, KS the daughter of Robert and Lois (Hunt) Nutter. Rita as she was known by family and friends lived in the area most of her life. She retired from Eagle Picher Industries in Seneca, MO. Rita was a member of the Seneca Christian Church. She loved to sew, needle point, listen to music and loved to go dancing. Rita married Thomas W. Tyndall and he preceded her in death. She married Frank Thompson Jan. 6, 1980 at Twin Bridges in OK and he survives. Rita and Frank has several businesses together over the years. Rita was know as Frank's boss at Banners and More Signs in Seneca. Rita always had a smile and a kind word to those around her and will be greatly missed.  Survivors include her husband Frank Thompson, Seneca; one daughter Laura Green, Seneca; one son, Mark Thompson, Seneca; one step-son Frankie Thompson, Webb City, MO; one brother Vernon Nutter, McPherson, KS and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Lorita was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Thomas W. Tyndall, one son Robert Tyndall and one brother Donald Nutter.  The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 pm, Sunday, July 15, 2016 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home.  Funeral services under the personal direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, July 16, 2018 at the Seneca Christian Church with Truman Brady officiating. Burial will be in the Seneca Cemetery.
