James Bowman

James Russell Bowman, 34, passed into eternal rest October 15, 2013 at his home in Neosho, Mo.  James was born December 13, 1978 in Claremore, Ok the son of Charles T. (Chuck) Bowman and Debra (Raulston ) Bowman - Wert.     James suddenly left this life leaving behind two sons, Brett Bowman age 15 & Bradlee Bowman age 12, His life partner Mary Benson, his aunt Becky Caylor, his uncle and aunt Jon A. and Karen Bowman, his aunt Lynnetta Bowman, and cousins, Valeria Cole and family, Karissa Boyd and family, Elijah Bowman and a host family and close friends.  James was an avid gun collector and enjoyed teaching his son's about guns and taking them to target practice.  James had lived in the Seneca and Neosho area all his life.  He was a true friend to many and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.  James was preceded in death by his father, Charles (Chuck) Bowman in 2009, his grandfather Tom Bowman in 1986, his grandmother Etta Mae Bowman 2003, his uncle Jeff Bowman 2001, cousins Levi Bowman 1984 and Gretchen Bowman 1997.   A Celebration of Life service is being held  at 2:00 pm, Thursday, November 7, 2013 at the New Salem Cemetery with Josh Dodson officiating.
