Irvin Kugler (Keith)
Irvin (Keith) Kugler, 82, Seneca, MO passed into eternal rest August 4, 2013 at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, MO after an illness. Irvin Keith Kugler was born March 2, 1931 in Altamont, KS the son of Albert and Alta Kugler. Keith owned and operated a ranch throughout the years. He had a great love for animals. Keith was one of the first group of people who received the first shipment of Dorper Sheep from South Africa in which he was very proud to be part of. Keith also was a Navy Veteran serving during the Korean War from 1950 to 1954. Keith was a member of the VFW Post 704, Parsons, KS. Survivors include one son, Kent W. Kugler, Scottsville, VA; three daughters, Patricia Thompson, Oswego, KS, Kathy Duff, Thayer, KS and Kim Wills, Columbus, NE; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Alta; one brother, Ivan Kugler; one granddaughter Chenelle Thompson and his special friend and companion Eileen Necome. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, August 8, 2013 at the Faith United Methodist Church, Parsons, KS with Charlotte Coates officiating. Burial will be in the Springhill Cemetery with Jason Whittley, Christopher Thompson, Benton Duff, Michael Duff, Kyle Kugler and Darian Wills serving as pallbearers.
