Harold "Worry" King
Harold “Worry” King, 78, Seneca, MO, passed into eternal rest at 10:10 AM, Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at the Seneca House Nursing Home after a long illness. Harold L. King was born November 5, 1933 in Seneca, MO the son of Theodore (Fat) and Maude (Borthick) King. Worry worked in a VA Hospital in Fayetteville, AR. as a Travel Clerk until retiring. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church north of Seneca where he' lead the sing'ing for many years. Worry also loved to go on Mission trips to Mexico. Harold L. King married E. Claudine Cooper in Seneca, MO, October 24, 1952 and she survives. Additional survivors include two sons, Dan King and wife Cindy of Cle Elum, WA and Roger King and wife Kathy of Maysville, AR; grandchildren, Joshua, Rhonda, Shannon and Lindsey and 13 great-grandchildren. Worry was preceded in death by his parents Theodore and Maude King; three brothers, Norman King, Julian King and Daryl “Short” King. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, February 12, 2012 at the Bethel Baptist Church with Fred Mills officiating. Burial will be in the Seneca Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Bethel Baptist Church from 2 to 3 PM prior to the funeral service. Arrangement under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca.
