Edward Brodrick

   Edward W. Brodrick, 76, Seneca, MO, passed into eternal rest February 8, 2023 at Oak Pointe Assisted Living in Neosho, MO after an illness.
   Edward Wesley Brodrick was born Oct 31, 1946 in Wyandotte, OK the son of Chester and Dorothy (Jones) Brodrick. Ed had lived in the area all of his life. He was a graduate of Wyandotte High School and served in the Army Reserves. Ed worked at the former Seneca Lumber from 1970 to 1987 and worked for La-Z-Boy Midwest from 1987 to 2010. He loved to Crappie and Catfish, camping, spending time with his granddaughter and great-grandchildren. Most of all Ed loved giving everyone a HARD TIME. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
   Edward W. Brodrick married Linda Arnold May 27, 1966 in Wyandotte, OK and she survives.
   Additional survivors include one son, Eddie Brodrick and wife Heather; one sister, Dorothy Ann Crafton; one grand daughter Jessica Byrne and husband Blake; three great-grandchildren, Tiana, Tessa and Wesley Tuff Byrne; a host of nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
  Edward was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Melissa Bendabout; siblings, Robert Brodrick, Alan "Bill" Brodrick, Alta Chafin, Katherine Crafton, Louise Easley, Louis Wyrick, Frank Brodrick, Dorothea Cook, Ella Mae Simpson, Chester "Wop" Brodrick and Clarence "Chip" Brodrick.
  The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO.
  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at the First Assembly Of God in Fairland, OK with Jackie Crafton officiating. Burial will be in the Wyandotte Indian Cemetery, Wyandotte, OK, with Austin Arnold, Mathew Howard, David Howard, Mike Roark, Randall Ritter and Roger Boyer serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Blake Byrne, Wesley "Tuff" Byrne, "Ray" Riley Brodrick and Jackie Crafton.
