Dr. Darrel Ray Clark, 58, of Seneca, MO passed away surrounded by loved ones on Wednesday September 22, 2021.
Darrel Clark was born Aug. 21, 1963 in Wellington, KS, and is survived by his wife Sara (Downing) Clark, Seneca, MO. He is also survived by his children Ashley Clark-Duley (Gavin), Andrew Clark, Nocona Russell, Cheyenne Clark, Montana Clark, and John Fannin; 5 grandchildren Harrison, Roper, Ryder, Tessa, Ripp and one on the way. His Parents Roy and Gladys Clark of Clearwater KS, brother David Clark of Glenpool, OK.
Darrel spent the last 30 years as the Seneca Veterinarian. He had a passion for animals and a talent for treating them. If he wasn't at the Vet Clinic or on an emergency vet call Darrel could be found at his home playing in the garage. Darrel was a shooting enthusiast and eventually turned that hobby into a business "Clark Arms", manufacturing firearms.
Darrel graduated High School from Clearwater, KS in 1981 and K-State School of Veterinary Medicine in 1988. He then completed post educational training in Texas and specialized in Embryo Transfer of Cattle. Over his career Darrel owned and operated multiple Veterinary Clinics, including Columbus, KS and Seneca, MO. He also previously owned The Welch Stockyards, and his most recent establishment "Clark Arms" manufacturing firearms.
The body has been taken for cremation under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO. A celebration of life memorial service will be held at the Racine Christian Church on Wednesday 29th at 11 am. We welcome all friends, clients and family to attend. Visitation at Webb Shinkle Mortuary, Clearwater, KS October 4th Visitation 2-7 pm, Family present 5:30-7pm Graveside Services Clearwater Cemetery Tuesday October 5th 11 am.
