Donnie Sue Owen was born November 11, 1954 in Rockford, IL the daughter of Guy E and Bessie Wanda (Hicks) Goble. She was a homemaker.
Donnie was preceded in death by her husband Floyd Wayne Owen and her father.
Survivors include her mother Bessie Wanda Hicks.
The body has been taken for cremation and services are pending at this time.
