Clifford S. Castleberry
Clifford S. Castleberry, 83, Neosho, MO passed into eternal rest at 10:03 am, February 13, 2014 at his home after a long illness. Clifford Sheldon Castleberry was born November 13, 1930 in Osawatomie, KS the son of Alva and Mildred Castleberry. Clifford served his country in the National Guard. He was a professional chef working for Tyson, Hickory Chips, Turbine and the former Virginia's Family Restaurant in Seneca. Clifford was of the Baptist faith and attending the New Testament Free Will Baptist Church. Clifford married Evelyn M. Prince May 17, 1978 in Miami, OK and she survives. Additional survivors include children, Harry Stephen Castleberry and wife Gracie, Rantool, KS; Mary Elizabeth Reed, Paolo, KS, Cherie Enslow and husband Mike, Granby, MO, Judy Logan and husband Jay, Owasso, OK, Connie Jo, Oklahoma City, OK, Elaine Merriman and husband Mark, Rolla, MO, Randy Reagan, Carson, MO, Brian Baker and wife Theresa, Neosho, MO and Terry McCart, Indianapolis, IN; brothers and sisters, Dale Castleberry and wife Dortha, Garnett, KS, Daisy Carpenter and husband Webb, Eldora Springs, MO, Kenneth Castleberry, McCallister, OK, Leslie Castleberry and wife Pat, Paola, KS and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, extended family friends. Clifford was preceded in death by his parents Alva and Mildred Castleberry, one sister, Dorothy Bennett and one son David Reagan. Funeral services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, February 17, 2014 at the New Testament Free Will Baptist Church north of Neosho on 59 highway with Pastor Mike Rhodes officiating. Burial will be in the Belfast Cemetery west of Neosho with Brian Baker, Tristan Baker, Mike Enslow, Mack Enslow, Harry Stephen Castleberry and Wade Ball serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Sunday at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO.
