Carl Schultz

Carl Gene Schultz, 82, Grove, OK passed away March 27, 2106 at Integris Grove General Hospital.  Carl Gene Schultz was born June 16, 1934 in Bernice, OK the son of Julius and Eva Schultz. Carl joined the US Army early in life serving his county from 1953 to 1955.  Carl became a skilled welder and built stock trailers in Fairland, OK. Following that he went to work off shore welder in the Gulf of Mexico for the oil industry. He also worked on the Alaskan Pipeline. A roughneck with a soft spot for home where he grew up, Carl eventually moved back to the four-states area to be close to friends, family and fishing.  Survivors include; one sister, Bea Schultz; One nephew, Ken Schultz; great-nephew, Collen Schultz and great-niece Brittany Schultz.   Carl was preceded in death by his parents Julius and Eva Schultz.   Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at the Hickory Grove Cemetery, Grove, OK with Rev. Roy Scribner officiating. Military rites will be held at the cemetery.   Arrangements under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO.
