Bonnie E. Morehead

Bonnie E. Morehead, 95, Seneca, MO, passed into eternal rest Sunday, December 20, 2020 after a long illness.

Bonnie Edna Smith was born October 30, 1925 in Newton County, MO the daughter of William G. and Nancy E. (McRenolds) Smith. Bonnie was a homemaker and formerly worked for Eagle Pitcher in Seneca, MO. Bonnie loved to paint, carve wood, cook, read and she especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. Bonnie had been a member of the Seneca Church of Christ for 40 years.


Bonnie E. Smith married Claude E. Morehead on December 25, 1945 and he preceded her in death September 1, 1988.

Survivors include four sons; Bill Morehead, Bob Morehead and wife Bonnie, Jim Morehead and wife Kathy and Lynn Morehead and wife Paula all of Seneca, MO.; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and a host of extended family.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her siblings, John Smith, Jack Smith, Roy Smith, Mable Green, Thelma Rogers and Mary Vito.

Family and friends may view and sign the guest book from 9am to 6pm, December 22, 2020 and from 9am to 12pm December 23, 2020 at the funeral home.

Graveside services under the personal direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at the Seneca Cemetery with Bob Hampton officiating.
