Billy L. Duncan, 69, Neosho, MO, formerly of Anderson, MO passed away May 14, 2021 at his home in Neosho after an illness.

Billy Lee Duncan was born August 9, 1951 in Bethpage, MO the son of Harold and Erma (Haynes) Duncan. Billy went to Neosho High School. He loved to coon hunt and owned and trained coon dogs and running dogs. Billy loved spending time in the outdoors and loved to fish. He was the life of the party and loved to dance. His family had a very special place in his heart, and he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Billy formerly worked as a logger for Hal Sarratt in Goodman, MO.

Survivors include his companion of 46 years Margaret Duncan, Neosho, MO; three children B.J. and Mike Fallatt, Neosho, MO, Barbara Yoder, Anderson, MO and Brian Duncan, Seneca, MO; Siblings, Danny Duncan, Patricia Sturgis, Pamela Barnet, Christina Duncan, Randy Duncan and Ricky Duncan; Nine grandchildren and Eight great-grandchildren and a host of extend family and friends.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Erma Duncan and one sister Barbara Bistadeau Sorrell.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm, May 20, 2021 at the Seneca Assembly of God with Pastor Denny Sikes officiating.

The body has been taken for cremation under the personal direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO.
