Billie Jo Fink was born in Deport Texas to C.C. Blalock and Marie Chokeetah Blalock (Smith)
She graduated high school in Las Vegas, Nevada, and married Benton Gill in 1964, and had their daughter Michele. She later met and married Roger Fink and they had their son, Roger Jr.
Billie was preceded in death by her father, C.C. Blalock, and mother, Marie (Blalock) Tully; sister, Suzy Blalock, and her son, Roger Fink JR.
Survivors include brother Jackie Blalock, Canton, TX; daughter Michele and husband Randy Graves, Neosho, MO; grandchildren Becky and husband Michael Muncy, Neosho, MO, Laura Vance, Goodman, Mo, and Amy Waterhouse, Arkansas City, KS; great-grandchildren Irelynd, Kabella, Oktober, Guylin and wife Marisa, and Kyndra; great-great-grandchild Brynleigh and numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.
Billie often told amazing stories of her life, and it was suggested that she write a book of her many adventures.
She at one time was a wonderful dancer, seamstress and loved animals. She especially loved going to her brother's home, riding horses, and feeding the long-horn cattle he raised.
Billie was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on July 4th, 1987, in Texas and attended the Neosho Missouri Kingdom Hall.
Her memorial will be Saturday, November 2nd at 2:00 pm, The Neosho Kingdom Hall at 12526 US-60 Neosho, Missouri,64850

The body has been taken for cremation under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO.
