Betty Madison

Betty D. Madison, 64, Seneca, MO, passed into eternal rest at 2:36 PM, September 21, 2012 at the Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, NE after an illness.    Betty D. Williams was born August 22, 1948 in Joplin, MO the daughter of Marion and Lefa (Busse) Williams. She had lived in the area most of her life and was a homemaker.  Betty married Leonard Madison January 15, 1966 in Joplin, MO and he survives.    Additional survivors include two sons, Dennis Madison, Seneca, MO and Charlie Madison, Joplin, MO; two daughters, Shelia Stanley, Seneca, MO and Shirley Madison, Joplin, MO; three brothers, Marion Williams Jr, Houston, TX, Richard Williams, Carthage, MO and Jay Williams, Benton, AR; one sister, Margaret Chitwood, Oskaloosa, IA; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and one on the way.   Betty was preceded in death by her parents Marion and Lefa and one brother Jimmy  Williams.   Graveside services under the personal direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 27, 2012 at the Seneca Cemetery with Billy Winnett officiating.   The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 PM, Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at the funeral home.
