Ada Waugh

Ada Marie Waugh, 79, Seneca, MO passed away at 3:30 PM, Monday, February 21, 2011 at National Health Care in Joplin from a long illness.  Ada Marie Beaty was born February 26, 1931 in Garrett, Ill the daughter of Orville Henry and Hazel Marie (Wells) Beaty.  Ada was a member of the First Baptist Church, Seneca, TOPS, Joplin BPW and was a Watkins Products Dealer.  She was formerly the office manager of Joplin Orthopedic Surgery.   Ada was preceded in death by her parents Orville and Hazel and her step father Raymond Stokes.  Ada Marie Beaty married John Marvin Waugh, June 27, 1948 in Tuscola, Ill and he survives.  Additional survivors include two sons; Rick Lee Waugh and wife Cindy, Seneca and John Jeffrey Waugh and wife Deborah, Talala, OK; two daughters, Vicki Lynn Waugh, Seneca and Susan Marie Hutcheson and husband Rex, Joplin;  six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.  Funeral services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, at the First Baptist Church in Seneca with Rev. Jim Wilson officiating. Burial will be in the Burkhart Cemetery with Todd Warren, Jeremy Waugh, Chris Waugh, Shawn Hastings, Michael Hastings and Dennis Waugh serving as pallbearers.  The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 PM, Friday at the First Baptist Church in Seneca.   Memorial contributions can be made to the Parkinson Foundation or the Seneca Food Pantry in care of the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, PO Box 380, Seneca, MO 64865
